Release Notes:
"Malaysia" is the 12-inch debut of Italian artist Lorbi, who´s female singer Odette Di Maio already performed on the stunning Parov Stelar track Faith from the album Seven & Storm. Malayisa is also the first preview of the forthcoming album RING that will be released in 2007 on Etage Noir Recordings.
This release also features remixes by Double Beat (a sideproject of Stefano Ghittoni from The Dining Rooms) and mister Parov Stelar himself.
Avoiding the latest musical trends yet using the most advanced means of experimental acoustic music to reach softness in a minimal way, Lorbi proposes tracks varying in structure and feeling in an original mix of styles and beats.
Never forgetting the value of songs over the charm of a refined techique, Lorbi´s music strucks the listeners with powerful melodies and visionary lyrics.
